Product Overview
This electrolytic high concentration sodium hypochlorite generator is a skid-mounted on-site disinfection unit, designed to produce stable high-strength NaClO liquid directly from salt water without purchasing, transporting or storing bulk hazardous hypochlorite chemicals. The finished hypochlorite liquid typically reaches 8%–14% available chlorine, serving as reliable oxidant and biocide for industrial disinfection, bleaching, microorganism and biofilm suppression. The whole package includes electrolysis stack, automatic dosing and control assembly, brine preparation unit and waste gas absorption module, built for continuous stable operation under heavy-duty industrial conditions.
Technical Principle
The system adopts saturated brine electrolysis technology. Saturated salt solution is delivered into the membrane electrolytic cell. Under controlled DC power supply, electrochemical reaction occurs inside the cell: chloride ions are oxidized at the anode to generate chlorine, which then reacts with sodium hydroxide generated at the cathode to form high concentration sodium hypochlorite. Online sensors monitor liquid temperature, pH and available chlorine concentration in real time, adjusting brine feed rate and electrolysis current automatically to keep NaClO concentration steady and avoid excessive byproduct generation. Tail gas generated during electrolysis is captured and neutralized inside the absorption tower to meet emission standards.
