1. Product Overview
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) Geomembrane is a high-performance impermeable geosynthetic material manufactured from 100% virgin high-density polyethylene resin, supplemented with carbon black, anti-oxidants, UV stabilizers and other special additives. Produced through advanced extrusion and calendering processes, the product features uniform thickness, stable physical and chemical properties, and excellent long-term service performance. It strictly complies with international industry standards including GRI-GM13, ASTM and European EN standards, and is widely recognized as a core anti-seepage and isolation material for modern civil and environmental engineering.

1. Excellent Impermeability
With extremely low hydraulic conductivity (10⁻¹³ cm/s level), the HDPE geomembrane achieves nearly zero water and gas permeability. It effectively blocks the leakage of water, sewage, chemical liquids and harmful gases, providing reliable anti-seepage protection for engineering projects.
2. Superior Chemical & Corrosion Resistance
The material shows strong resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents, industrial wastewater and various corrosive soils. It is not easy to be eroded, aged or decomposed in harsh chemical environments, adapting to complex industrial and landfill working conditions.
3. High Mechanical Performance
It boasts high tensile strength, tear resistance and puncture resistance, with elongation at break over 700%. The flexible structure can effectively adapt to foundation settlement, ground deformation and external mechanical impact, avoiding cracking and damage.
4. Ultraviolet & Aging Resistance
Formulated with high-efficiency UV stabilizers and carbon black additives, the product resists ultraviolet radiation and thermal oxidation aging. It maintains stable performance for more than 50 years in outdoor exposed and buried environments.

Made of non-toxic virgin raw materials, the HDPE geomembrane is harmless to soil, water bodies and ecological environment.
