Modern Enamelled Aluminium Magnet Wire or Enameled Copper Magnet Wire typically uses one to three layers of polymer film insulation, often of two different compositions, to provide a tough, continuous insulating layer. Magnet wire insulating films use (in order of increasing temperature range) polyvinyl formal or Formvar (PVF), polyurethane, polyamide (PUW), polyester (PEW), polyester-polyimide (EIW), polyamide-polyimide (or amide-imide) (AI-EIW), and polyimide (AIW). Polyimide insulated magnet wire is capable of operation at up to 250°C. The insulation of thicker square or enamelled rectangular aluminium or copper magnet wire is often augmented by wrapping it with a high-temperature polyimide or fiberglass tape, and completed windings are often vacuum impregnated with an insulating varnish to improve insulation strength and long-term reliability of the winding.

discharge, enamel rectangular wire increases safety and reduces costly electric energy wastage. These wires are also
fire-resistant, making them a safe choice to use with equipment that may be exposed to intense heat or flames. It is also easy to wind and store.

Types of enameled wire
1. Acetal enameled wire with two thermal grades of 105 and 120, used in the windings of oil-immersed transformers and oil-filled motors.
2. For polyester and modified polyester enameled wires, the thermal class of ordinary polyester enameled wire is 130, and the thermal class of enameled wire after modification is 155.
3. Polyurethane enameled wire; thermal grade is 130, 155, 180, 200. It is widely used in electronic appliances, precision instruments, telecommunications, and meters.
4. Polyesterimine/polyamide composite enameled wire, thermal class 180, widely used in windings of motors, electrical appliances, meters, power tools, and dry-type power transformers that require high heat resistance.
5. Polyesterimide/polyamideimide composite layer enameled wire is a heat-resistant enameled wire widely used at home and abroad. Its thermal class is 200. It is widely used in refrigerator compressors, air-conditioning compressors, electric tools, explosion-proof motors and motors and electrical appliances used under high temperature, high cold, radiation resistance, and overload conditions.

Manufacturing Technique
01 Stretching and squeezing aluminum conductor into require diameters, roundd or flat, by enameled wire machine
02 Suitable aluminum wire conductor is painted by insulation materials
03 Forced air cooling improves the quality of enameled wire. Use a blower to cool the wire in countercurrent through the air duct and cooler. Note that the air source must be used after purification to avoid blowing impurities and dust on the surface of the enameled wire, sticking to the paint film, and causing surface problems.
04 The purpose of receiving and arranging the wire is to continuously, tightly and evenly wind the enameled wire onto the spool
