ZW43-12F/630-20 Outdoor AC High Voltage Boundary Vacuum Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as the boundary circuit breaker) is an *** product independently developed by Sichuan Hongjun Shengyuan Electric Co., Ltd. The boundary circuit breaker is a multi-functional intelligent device product that integrates four types of switches, namely vacuum circuit breaker, boundary circuit breaker, and sectionalizer.【 1-】Its main configuration consists of three major parts: the vacuum boundary circuit breaker body, the watchdog controller, and an external voltage transformer (Note: Dual-side PT can be selected in the distribution network automation ring network line). The product is widely used in 10kV urban and rural distribution network overhead ring network lines as sectional isolating switches and tie switches. It is an automated switching device that can perform load distribution of ring network lines. In the branch lines supplying large users, it can be used as a boundary switch (commonly known as a watchdog) and as a boundary circuit breaker sectionalizer in the feeder overhead distribution network. The vacuum boundary circuit breaker has a remote management mode, protection control function, and communication function. It can reliably judge and detect the milliamper-level zero-sequence current and phase-to-phase short-circuit fault current within the boundary, and automatically cut off single-phase ground faults and phase-to-phase short-circuit faults.

II.ZW43-12 Watchdog Boundary Circuit BreakerFunctional Principle
Automatically cut off single-phase ground faults. When a single-phase ground fault occurs in the user's branch line, the boundary circuit breaker automatically trips, and other branch users in the substation and feeder do not feel the occurrence of the fault. Automatically isolate phase-to-phase short-circuit faults. When a phase-to-phase short-circuit fault occurs in the user's branch line, the boundary circuit breaker trips before the substation outlet protection switch, automatically isolating the faulty line without affecting other branch users on the feeder to cause a power outage. Quickly locate the fault point. After the boundary circuit breaker protection action is triggered due to a fault in the user's branch line, only the responsible user experiences a power outage, and the user actively reports the fault information. The power company can quickly send personnel to the site for troubleshooting. If the boundary circuit breaker is equipped with a communication module, it automatically sends the information to the power management center. Monitor the user's load. When the boundary circuit breaker can be equipped with wired or wireless communication accessories, the monitoring data is transmitted to the power management center to achieve real-time remote data monitoring of the user's load. Remote operation function. Users can operate the opening and closing of the vacuum boundary circuit breaker through SMS or the computer background.
