ZW32-12fOverview of High-voltage Boundary Circuit Breaker
ZW32-12FOutdoor AC high-voltage boundary vacuum circuit breaker (commonly known as watchdog, hereinafter referred to as boundary circuit breaker) isa new intelligent product independently innovated and improved by Zhejiang Chuanlong Electric Co., Ltd..Zhejiang Chuanlong Electric specializes in the production of watchdog series vacuum circuit breakers,such as models,ZW32-12,ZW20-12,ZW8-12F.ZWHF-12,ZW43-12F,ZW7-40.5,ZW32-40.5,ZW10and other models. The watchdog boundary circuit breaker of Chuanlong Electric,has single-phase ground protection, zero-sequence protection, instantaneous overcurrent protection, and reclosing functions.It is used as a boundary circuit breaker and sectionalizer in the feeder overhead distribution network. The vacuum boundary circuit breaker has a remote management mode, protection control function, and communication function. It can reliably judge and detect the milliamperes zero-sequence current and phase-to-phase short-circuit fault current within the boundary, and automatically cut off single-phase ground faults and phase-to-phase short-circuit faults.
2.ZW32Functions and Purposes of Boundary Circuit Breaker
The boundary circuit breaker is a multi-functional intelligent device product integrating several switches such as vacuum circuit breaker, boundary circuit breaker, and sectionalizer.Its main configuration consists of the vacuum boundary circuit breaker bodyFDR Type Controller, External Voltage Transformer (Note: Double-sided PT can be selected in the distribution network automation looped network line) consist of three major parts. The product is widely used as a sectional isolating switch and tie switch in the 10kV urban and rural distribution network overhead looped network lines. It is an automated switch device that can implement load distribution of looped network lines. In the branch lines of large user power supply, it can be used as a boundary switch (commonly known as a watchdog). In the feeder overhead distribution network, it is used as a boundary circuit breaker and sectionalizer. The vacuum boundary circuit breaker has a remote management mode, protection control function, and communication function. It can reliably judge and detect the milliamperes-level zero-sequence current and phase-to-phase short-circuit fault current within the boundary, and automatically cut off single-phase ground faults and phase-to-phase short-circuit faults.

III.ZW32 WatchdogProduct Features of the Controller
The intelligent boundary circuit breaker controller is mainly used in conjunction with the boundary circuit breaker and installed at the liability boundary point of the overhead distribution line to protect the branch line, automatically cut off single-phase ground faults and phase-to-phase short-circuit faults of the line, and ensure the power safety of non-faulty users.
The intelligent boundary circuit breaker controller has a barrel-shaped structure, with good functions of windproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-vibration, and anti-condensation; it has an ultra-wide operating temperature and can work reliably in an environment of -40～80℃; it uses a 16-bit high-speed single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip and a 12-bit ADPrecisequeSampling, fast calculation speed, and complete protection functions; all setting values are steplessly adjusted through the full-Chinese liquid crystal display, which is intuitive and clear; the controller is connected to the switch body through control cables and aviation connectors, making installation convenient; it has a perfect wireless communication function, allowing users to remotely query the switch status and control the opening and closing of the switch. This product is widely applicable to the control and protection of 10kV~35KV overhead distribution lines in urban and rural areas, and is an ideal device for supporting intelligent switch circuit breakers.
