1. Product description and functional advantages
GW5-35,GW5-40.5,GW5-72.5,GW5-126Outdoor high-voltagedisconnectors areone of the main products of Chuanlong Electric. They areused for switching high-voltage lines under no-load conditions and for electrical isolation between the high-voltage busbars, circuit breakers and other electrical equipment under maintenance and the live high-voltage busbars. When the main blade is in the normal open position, it provides a visible insulation distance that meets safety requirements.
GW5The disconnector meets the requirements ofGB1985 "AC Disconnectors" andIEC-129 (1984) "AC Disconnectors and Earthing Switches". Therefore, it has reliable performance and safe operation; moreover, it has a small volume, a simple structure, and is convenient for installation and commissioning. It consists of three single poles and a mechanism. Each single-pole disconnector has two rod-type post insulators fixed on a base respectively, with an included angle of50° to form aV-shaped structure. One side of the porcelain insulator of the main body rotates, and the other porcelain insulator rotates through the bevel gear in the switch base. The main conductive circuit is made of copper materials. The contacts and contact fingers are partially silver-plated on both sides, with strong current-carrying capacity. The operating mechanism uses theCS17 manual mechanism, which is light and flexible. A mechanical interlock is designed between the output shafts of the mechanism, and an electromagnetic lock can be equipped to ensure anti-misoperation. It can also be equipped with theCJ6 electric operating mechanism to meet different user requirements. It is a low-cost high-voltage electrical product, widely applicable to power plants and substations.
GW5-40.5 type disconnector is a three-pole outdoor high-voltage electrical appliance used for switching high-voltage lines under no-load conditions and for electrical isolation of the electrical equipment under maintenance.,The product performance meetsGB1985 "AC High Voltage Disconnectors and Earthing Switches" andIEC-129 (1984) standard requirements. This type of disconnector features a double-column V-shaped structure, with good self-cleaning effect, strong anti-moisture flashover ability, small floor space for base installation, and can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
Features: 1. The structure of the bearing turntable has been improved to enable the bearing seat to be waterproof. It is also equipped with oil injection holes and adjustment screws, making the switch more integrated and easier to maintain.
2. Brazing technology is used between the conductive rod and the contact, as well as between the conductive rod and the contact finger seat. Additionally, a flexible connection is installed between the contact finger and the contact finger seat, significantly reducing the main circuit resistance of the product compared to screw connections, thus reducing the heating problem of the contacts during operation. The grounding rod is made of aluminum alloy with excellent electrical conductivity, and the contact part is made of copper parts. Flexible connections are installed between the conductive rod and the base connection and between the grounding contact finger seats, greatly enhancing the grounding reliability of the grounding circuit.
3. The exposed parts of the main conductor are all treated with a surface treatment process of copper plated with silver. The silver-plated surface is smooth, beautiful, highly corrosion-resistant, and durable.
4. The matching method of the shaft and the hole has been improved: the original iron-copper matching is changed to copper-copper matching or stainless steel-copper matching, solving the problem of rust locking during long-term outdoor use. The exposed standard parts are made of stainless steel; the metal parts are treated with hot-dip galvanizing, making the switch more corrosion-resistant.
5. A large number of precision castings are used to replace welded parts, reducing safety issues such as poor welding.
