1.Product Overview
The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a high-precision flow measurement device developed based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It is renowned for its smooth, obstruction-free measurement channel, zero pressure loss, high accuracy, and excellent adaptability to complex fluids. Specifically designed for conductive liquids and liquid-solid two-phase fluids, it is widely used in process control and flow monitoring across water industries and environmental protection, chemical and process industries, food and pharmaceuticals, as well as energy and HVAC sectors.

High measurement accuracy (±0.5% FS), maintaining stable error control even at low flow rates (0.3 m/s), with repeatability ≤ 0.067%. Unaffected by fluid density, viscosity, temperature, or pressure—only dependent on flow velocity—delivering excellent linearity;
No mechanical wear components, ensuring long service life and low maintenance costs;
Full-bore pipe design with zero pressure loss, delivering significant energy savings;
Measures bidirectional flow with rapid response (≤ 0.5 seconds);
Diverse liner materials (PTFE, rubber, etc.) and optional electrodes (stainless steel, Hastelloy, etc.) withstand strong acids, alkalis, high temperatures, and other harsh conditions;
Standard 4-20mA current signal output, optional RS485 (Modbus protocol) or HART protocol,seamlessly integrates with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other industrial control systems;
Utilizes programmable low-frequency square wave excitation technology; adapts to high-frequency excitation for special media (e.g., slurries),effectively eliminating noise interference.
Integrated self-diagnostics, empty pipe detection, and lightning protection. Provides early warnings for liner aging and electrode contamination, reducing annual maintenance time to 1 hour;
Supports plug-in installation with a ball valve base, enabling installation and maintenance without production interruption, minimizing industrial downtime risks.
