Carsun 4 Series Top Plate Swivel & Rigid Casters
Capacity up to 450kg each
Features:
Full double ball raceways hardened with heat treat process for better performance and greater durability.
Zinc plated finish with RoHS comliance.
1/2" hollow axle with grease zerk and lock nut.
Permanent rivet kingpin with 5/8" diameter rivet for swivel ease and stability.
Q253 steel bracket, thickness 6mm. Surface treatment galvanized.
Compliant with environmentally friendly galvanizing.
Grease fittings in wheel bearing and swivel raceway for easy maintenance.
Notches in the raceway allows for easy installation of swivel locks.
Carsun Hi-tech Polyurethane Wheel industrial strength polyurethane tread is bonded to a "ribbed" polyolefin core. This design adds strength for loads subjected to shock and hard impacts.

1.Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?
A: We are manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2014.
2.Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit ?
A: Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong. Our factory is a one hour drive from both Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport.,You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
3.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity.
4.Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T or L/C before delivery.
5.Q: Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order.
6 .Q: How can your factory control the quality?
A: Quality is at the forefront of our commitments to our customers always. We have strict quality management process from raw material to finished product. Details please ref below:
