  • Product performance description

High strength cast iron wheel core with reinforcing ribs. The wheel surface is super wear-resistant non degumming polyurethane, which is applicable to our 4 series, 6 series and 7 series products.
Polyurethane color can be customized as required.
It can be used as directional casters and swivel casters.
The maximum load of each caster can reach 500kg.

Support Description: the surface shall be galvanized. The thickness of top plate is 6mm. The top plate and rotary table are steel castings. Plane supporting structure is adopted, which is durable, replaceable and convenient for maintenance.

Super wear-resistant non degumming polyurethane material. Colors can be customized.

6mm thickened top plate, with stronger bearing capacity.

Carbon steel galvanized bracket.The rotary table is equipped with double-layer ball steel balls.The grease nozzle design is convenient for adding grease in later use.
