Our stainless steel and alloy woven wire mesh is manufactured using high-speed precision looms that ensure consistent tension and uniform weave. The 304 grade (18/8 stainless) is the most common, offering good corrosion resistance and formability. The 316 grade contains molybdenum, providing enhanced resistance to chlorides and acidic media, making it suitable for marine and chemical applications. The 904L grade is a super austenitic stainless steel with high nickel and chromium content, ideal for sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and other aggressive environments. The 430 grade is ferritic, offering good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, often used in heat exchangers and furnace filters.
The mesh count range of 2 to 3500 mesh covers everything from heavy-duty coarse screening (e.g., 2 mesh for gravel separation) to ultra-fine filtration (e.g., 3500 mesh for catalyst recovery or pharmaceutical powders).
