XU series high-precision crossed roller bearings adopt integrated non-split inner and outer ring structure in accordance with INA international standards. Without any split gap, the bearing features uniform rigidity and extremely low runout.Both inner and outer rings are pre-machined with mounting holes, so no extra clamping flange or base support is required. It can be installed directly by bolts, greatly simplifying mechanical structure.
With 90° crossed roller arrangement, a single bearing supports radial load, bidirectional axial load and overturning moment simultaneously. Preload is precisely preset at the factory with zero clearance, ensuring excellent consistency and long-term precision stability.
This series is universal for both inner ring rotation and outer ring rotation, widely used in high-precision turntables, automation, optical inspection and semiconductor equipment.
