XSU series high-precision crossed roller bearings are manufactured in accordance with INA international standards. It adopts integrated non-split inner and outer ring closed-loop structure. Cylindrical rollers are alternately arranged at 90° inside V-shaped raceways. Pre-machined mounting holes are provided on both rings for direct bolt installation. Preload is precisely preset at factory to eliminate internal clearance, on-site preload adjustment is not available.
Different from thicker XU series, XSU features ultra-thin lightweight cross-section and step-type locating end face with built-in positioning shoulder. Equipped with double-sided spring lip seals for reliable protection. It supports high-precision both inner ring rotation and outer ring rotation, widely adopted for compact miniaturized precision automation equipment and serves as cost-effective import replacement solution.
