CRBH Series crossed roller bearings
CRBH series ultra-thin crossed roller bearings adopts integrated inner ring and outer ring without split cut. Cylindrical rollers are alternately arranged at 90° inside V-shaped raceways.No pre-machined mounting holes on bearing rings; external clamping flange or pressing plate is required for installation. Preload is preset during production and cannot be adjusted on site.
It supports both inner ring rotation and outer ring rotation. Ultra-thin thin-wall design saves installation space. Widely used for compact precision automation equipment.
Features:

Balanced high rigidity, suitable for both inner ring rotation and outer ring rotation. Better stability than split-ring RA series for outer rotating applications.
2. Ultra-thin compact cross-section
Saves axial installation space, ideal for miniaturized precision machinery design.
3. Multi-direction combined load capacity
90° alternately arranged cylindrical rollers withstand radial load, bidirectional axial load and overturning moment in one single bearing.
4. Roller spacer retainer
Prevents roller skew and mutual friction, ensures low starting torque and smooth steady rotation.
5. Factory preset preload
Clearance eliminated during production. Stable rotational accuracy, performance will not be affected during assembly. On-site preload adjustment is unavailable.
6. Optional precision grades & seals
Standard P5 precision; customized P4 high precision available.
7. Multiple sealing options
Open type (CRBH…A) and double sealed type (CRBH…AUU), suitable for cleanroom and slightly dusty environments.
