1. Product Overview
Core Definition: Cold rolled steel coil is made of hot-rolled pickled base material through multi-pass cold rolling at room temperature, also simply calledcold rolled coil or cold rolled steel sheet coil. It features flat surface, high dimensional accuracy and no oxide layer, widely used for sheet metal processing, precision stamping and mechanical structural parts.

Product Features: Compared with hot rolled steel, cold rolled coil has smaller dimensional tolerance, smoother surface and stable internal structure. It has good ductility and can be directly bent, stamped, sprayed and electroplated without derusting.
Application Scope: Cold rolled steel coil and cold rolled steel sheet coil have stable forming performance, not easy to crack or deform, suitable for home appliances, auto parts, hardware products and precision machinery manufacturing.
2. Production Process
Raw Material Selection: High-quality hot-rolled pickled coils are adopted as base materials to ensure clean surface and stable performance of cold rolled steel coil, cold rolled steel sheet coil and cold rolled coil.
Cold Rolling Forming: Adopt room-temperature continuous cold rolling process with multi-pass rolling and precise leveling, ensuring uniform thickness, regular shape and low dimensional error of finished cold rolled steel coil.
Annealing Treatment: Batch annealing refines grain structure and eliminates internal stress, improving the stretching performance and structural stability of cold rolled coil and cold rolled steel sheet coil to avoid cracking and deformation during processing.
Finishing & Inspection: All products are leveled, edge-trimmed, film-coated and fully inspected before delivery, ensuring stable quality of every cold rolled steel coil for direct production use.

Domestic Standards: Comply with GB/T 11253, GB/T 13237 national standards for ordinary and high-quality cold rolled steel, meeting domestic industrial procurement and acceptance requirements.
International Standards: Support production in accordance with ASTM A1008, EN10130, JIS G3141, adapting to overseas procurement demands for cold rolled steel coil and cold rolled coil.
