1. Product Overview
Core Definition: Precision steel tube, also known as precision seamless steel tube and precision bright tube, is a high-precision seamless pipe formed by cold rolling and cold drawing finishing process. It features ultra-small dimensional tolerance, zero oxidation surface and high smoothness, specially manufactured for high-end precision mechanical supporting applications.

Core Features: Precision bright steel tube has no oxide layer, no peeling and no cracks on inner and outer walls. 2. Production Process

Precision Rolling Forming: Multi-pass cold rolling and cold drawing finishing technology ensures integral seamless forming with accurate mandrel positioning, uniform wall thickness and high concentricity without welding defects.
Bright Heat Treatment: All precision bright steel tube undergoes oxygen-free bright annealing to avoid surface oxidation and blackening, refine grain structure, eliminate processing stress and improve toughness and deformation resistance.
Finishing & Inspection Delivery: Finished tubes are straightened, precisely cut, chamfered and polished, with strict dimensional recheck, eddy current inspection and hydrostatic test to guarantee 100% qualified delivery of each precision steel tube.
