1 Product Overview
The aquaculture dedicated seawater electrolysis chlorine generator is a green and safe water purification and disinfection equipment for mariculture and coastal water environment treatment. Traditional aquaculture water disinfection relies on chemical agents, which are prone to residual toxicity, water quality deterioration and aquatic product mortality. This equipment abandons chemical dosing mode, directly electrolyzes natural seawater to produce mild high-activity disinfectant, which can efficiently remove pathogens, purify water quality and adjust water microecology. With low-concentration safe disinfection design, compact skid-mounted structure and low-noise operation, it will not cause stress damage to aquatic organisms. 2 Technical Principle
The equipment adopts mild low-concentration seawater electrolysis purification technology. After preliminary sedimentation and precision filtration, breeding seawater enters the low-power electrolytic cell. Under safe low-current electrolysis conditions, trace chloride ions in seawater are converted into high-activity active chlorine groups. The mild active chlorine can selectively oxidize and kill harmful bacteria, viruses and harmful algae in water, while retaining beneficial microorganisms required for aquaculture. After disinfection, the active chlorine will automatically decompose rapidly without residual toxicity. The system intelligently adjusts electrolysis intensity according to water temperature, water volume and breeding density, realizing safe, green and non-residual seawater purification and disinfection.
