Working Principle：
Gas precision filter is equipment that separates other components from the medium by physical barrier technology. It serves as core purification equipment to remove solid particles, water droplets, oil mist and other aerosol contaminants from airflow.
The MGF series precision gas filter is one of our air purification units developed based on our mature low-pressure gas treatment technology and characteristics of high-flow air filter cartridges. Easy to operate, the unit efficiently removes dust, moisture and impurities from gas to make filtered gas dry and clean and meet gas consumption standards. Adopting physical interception, it traps solid contaminants, fine dust, free water and oil mist in the air via interception, collision and adsorption of glass fiber materials, improving gas cleanliness and effectively protecting downstream pneumatic components. Equipped with high-flow air filter cartridges, the filter eliminates solid dust, water droplets, oil mist and other aerosol impurities. Widely applied in pneumatic instruments, pneumatic conveying, automatic control as well as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, textile, petroleum, metallurgy and rubber industries, its separation efficiency reaches up to 99.9%. This cartridge-style air filter is specially designed and manufactured for pipeline systems of Roots blowers.
The equipment is mainly used for dust removal and water vapor separation to guarantee clean air for blower systems. Internally equipped with air filter cartridges as filter elements, this single large-diameter air filter features high air throughput and low pressure drop. Pleated filter media provides large filtration area. The fully enclosed housing prevents leakage and ensures stable filtration precision.
