1. Product Description
This professional 80 TPH iron ore wet ball mill package is a complete integrated high-capacity wet grinding system customized for large-scale iron ore beneficiation pretreatment, focusing on solving low wet grinding efficiency, unstable particle size gradation and insufficient iron monomer dissociation that restrict gravity separation, magnetic separation and flotation purification efficiency in large iron ore concentrators. Iron ore resources including magnetite, hematite and mixed iron-bearing ore are characterized by high hardness, dense mineral texture, uneven particle embedding and large raw ore throughput demand, requiring professional high-load wet grinding equipment to meet strict beneficiation feed standards. Conventional discrete grinding equipment and low-capacity grinding units fail to sustain long-term 80-ton full-load wet operation, easily causing slurry concentration imbalance, coarse particle residue and excessive fine mud accumulation, resulting in unstable downstream separation indicators, low iron concentrate grade and restricted overall plant production capacity. This 80 TPH iron ore wet ball mill package takes full-set integrated wet grinding configuration, stable rated high throughput and iron ore adaptive wet dissociation as core advantages, specially designed for 80 tons per hour continuous wet fine grinding pretreatment of various hard and soft iron ores for large-scale mineral processing plants. The complete package integrates standardized feeding system, heavy-duty wet ball mill host, matched slurry circulation unit, high-precision closed-circuit classification system and centralized control system, forming an independent one-stop wet grinding pretreatment station. It can be perfectly docked with upstream multi-stage crushing and washing systems and downstream magnetic separation, gravity separation, iron concentrate dewatering and tailings treatment processes. Adopting factory-calibrated high-capacity wet grinding parameters and iron ore targeted medium grading scheme, the full-set package maintains long-term stable 80 TPH continuous wet operation, fully dissociates iron mineral monomers from gangue impurities, and provides reliable high-efficiency, low-fluctuation wet grinding guarantee for large-volume, high-purity and stable iron ore beneficiation production.
2. Working Principle
The 80 TPH iron ore wet ball mill package adopts full-set closed-circuit wet circulating grinding and progressive iron mineral dissociation principle, realizing continuous high-capacity particle size homogenization and full iron monomer liberation dedicated to large-scale iron ore beneficiation processing. Pre-crushed qualified iron ore raw materials and process water are stably and proportionally fed into the heavy-duty wet grinding cylinder through a large-flow constant quantitative feeding system calibrated for 80 TPH rated wet processing capacity. Driven by the high-torque low-fluctuation stable transmission system, the reinforced grinding cylinder operates continuously under full high-load wet working conditions and drives scientifically graded high-strength composite grinding media to generate uniform impact, extrusion and hydraulic shearing force. Adopting iron ore adaptive balanced wet grinding logic, the system performs progressive refined grinding on bulk iron ore particles, effectively breaking tight symbiotic structures between iron minerals and gangue, fully stripping and liberating iron monomers while controlling excessive fine mud generation and slurry quality deterioration. The high-volume wet ore slurry is continuously and stably delivered to the supporting high-precision closed-circuit classification unit for accurate particle size screening and grading. Unqualified coarse particles with undissociated locked iron intergrowths are automatically returned to the wet grinding chamber for cyclic regrinding, while qualified homogeneous fine slurry meeting iron beneficiation standards is stably discharged at rated 80 TPH capacity for subsequent magnetic separation and purification procedures. Through synchronous linkage adjustment of feeding volume, wet grinding speed, liquid-solid ratio and classification parameters, the entire full-set package maintains balanced circulating load, stable slurry concentration and consistent grinding fineness. Finally, high-uniformity, full-liberation and beneficiation-friendly iron ore wet slurry is steadily output, achieving integrated, automatic and high-capacity wet grinding pretreatment for industrial large-scale iron ore beneficiation production lines.

Integrated Full-Set Package & Stable Slurry Quality: The complete wet grinding and classification integrated system forms a self-balanced closed-circuit circulating loop.
