2. Working Principle
The 300 TPD modular ball mill grinding station adopts integrated modular closed-circuit circulating grinding and precise mineral dissociation principle, realizing fixed daily throughput standardized particle size refinement and full monomer liberation for flexible modular mineral beneficiation processing. Pre-crushed qualified ore materials are stably and quantitatively delivered into the compact grinding cylinder through a modular fixed-rate feeding system professionally calibrated for 300 TPD rated daily processing capacity. Driven by the low-fluctuation stable transmission system, the integrated grinding cylinder operates continuously under matched low-to-medium load conditions, driving scientifically graded fine grinding media to generate uniform impact, extrusion and layered shearing force. The station adopts modular adaptive balanced grinding logic, which adapts to fixed daily feeding volume to realize progressive refined grinding of ore particles, fully stripping symbiotic valuable minerals from gangue and impurity components without under-grinding locked particles or excessive fine mud generation. The ground ore slurry is continuously and stably transported to the integrated matching closed-circuit classification module for accurate particle size screening and grading. Unqualified coarse particles with undissociated mineral intergrowths are automatically returned to the grinding chamber for cyclic regrinding, while qualified fine slurry with uniform fineness and stable concentration is continuously discharged at rated 300 TPD daily capacity to supply stable qualified feed for downstream beneficiation separation procedures. Through synchronous linkage adjustment of modular feeding volume, mill rotating speed and classification operating parameters, the entire modular grinding station maintains balanced circulating load, stable daily output and consistent slurry indicators.
