| Series 1: Plastic Features: |
| Combination Form 1: All PP material Food grade, suitable for food, household appliances and other products with water-based media |
| Combination Form 2: PP + NBR float Can withstand relatively high temperatures, low specific gravity, suitable for oil-based media |
| Combination Form 3: PVDF Withstands temperatures of 120 degrees, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, delicate and durable structure, long product life, good reliability, stronger pressure resistance, and wide application range. Applicable to most oils and has good stability in water. |
| Series 2: Stainless steel Features: |
| 【Float switch】Selection instructions: |
| Please select float balls of various materials according to the characteristics of the measured object, such as operating temperature, pressure, specific gravity, acid and alkali resistance. |
| 1. Temperature: PVDF can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, PP material up to 80°C, and SUS304/316 up to 200°C. |
| 2. Pressure: Plastic float balls can withstand a pressure of 5kg/cm2, and SUS float balls can withstand a pressure of 30kg/cm2. |
| 3. Adhesion: Float balls with a large size and low specific gravity should be selected to overcome the surface tension of the liquid. |
| 4. Chemical properties: Plastic materials are suitable for acid and alkali environments. If temperature needs to be considered, PVDF should be selected. |
| 5. Oil essence: Metal materials should be used. |
| 6. Specific gravity: The specific gravity SG of the float ball must be less than that of the measured liquid, otherwise the float ball will not float. |
