| Selection parameters: |
| 1. Guide rod length |
| From the installation surface of the water tank to the position to be detected at the bottom. If the guide rod length exceeds 300MM, it is recommended to use stainless steel. PP can be made from 25mm to 4m, and stainless steel can be made from 45mm to 4m |
| 2. Material selection |
| The materials can be selected from PP/PVDF/stainless steel 304, 316, 316L/teflon spraying, etc., depending on the usage environment. Different materials can be used in different environments (acid and alkali resistance) |
| 3. Installation form |
| It depends on the installation environment. For example: 1. If the water tank is not fully sealed and is built - in the equipment, nut fixing can be selected (determine the thread size). 2. For outdoor water tanks or pools, it is recommended to choose flange + junction box. 3. For sealed water tanks, use external threads larger than the outer diameter of the float). Supplementary: Usage environment (water or other liquids), thread (size)/flange (size), whether it comes with a junction box/whether it is anti - B. Temperature: The large tube can reach up to 300 degrees, and the small tube can reach up to 150 degrees |
| 4. Wire requirements |
| You can choose from ordinary low - temperature wires, high - temperature braided wires, corrosion - resistant high - temperature Teflon wires, two - core sheathed wires, etc. |
| 5. Number of action points |
| The number of action points is equal to the number of water levels to be detected, but the number of floats is not equal to it |
| 6. Voltage requirements |
| You can choose between 200VDC/100VDC. This is the withstand voltage of the switch, so do not exceed the voltage (220V/24V) |
| 7. Number of outgoing wires |
| It depends on the number of action points. For a single point, there are two wires; for two points, there are four or three wires, and one of them is a common wire, and so on |
