1. Product Definition
Cold Rolled Coil (CR Coil) is a high-precision steel material produced by using pickled hot rolled coils as the base material and performing continuous rolling, leveling, slitting and coiling at room temperature (below the steel recrystallization temperature). As a core raw material for high-end precision manufacturing, it belongs to the mainstream category of precision cold rolled steel. Featuring high production accuracy, smooth surface, tiny dimensional tolerance and uniform material performance, our products can be customized into custom cold rolled steel coil according to different working conditions and processing requirements, widely used in home appliances, automobiles, hardware, precision machinery, decorative panels and other high-end industrial fields.
2. Production Process
1. Raw Material Preparation: High-quality pickled hot rolled steel coils are selected to remove surface oxide scale, rust and impurities, ensuring a clean and uniform base surface for precision cold rolling.
2. Room Temperature Rolling: Multi-pass continuous precision rolling is carried out at room temperature to gradually reduce thickness, refine grain structure, and greatly improve plate accuracy, hardness and surface flatness.
3. Annealing Treatment: Continuous annealing or batch annealing is adopted to eliminate work hardening, optimize steel plasticity and toughness, improve stamping formability, and avoid cracking and deformation during subsequent processing.
4. Leveling & Straightening: The annealed steel coil is leveled and straightened to correct plate deviation, eliminate surface stress, and improve flatness and surface smoothness.
5. Finishing Processing: Edge trimming, slitting, flattening, surface finishing, anti-rust oil coating and other deep processing are available to ensure accurate dimensions and defect-free surface.
6. Coiling & Warehousing: Finished products are standard coiled, labeled and stored. With high precision and stable performance, all customized cold rolled coil products are produced with standardized processes to guarantee stable quality of every batch of precision cold rolled steel.

5. Appearance & Surface Features
- Color: Uniform silver-gray metallic luster with clean and transparent surface, no oxide scale and no rust. It can be directly used for exposed decorative parts and exterior components with excellent appearance texture.
- Surface Condition:
Standard Oiled: Uniform anti-rust oil coating prevents oxidation and scratches, convenient for storage and secondary processing. It is the most commonly used surface state of precision cold rolled steel.
Oil-Free Finish: Degreased and finely finished with zero surface oil, suitable for spraying, electroplating, film coating and other deep processing.
Matte Finish: Special leveling process creates delicate matte texture with fingerprint resistance and wear resistance, ideal for high-end home appliances and decorative panels.
- Plate Flatness Advantage: Straight and flat surface without waves, camber or warping, low internal stress, no deformation after stamping and bending. All customized cold rolled coil strictly control surface precision and flatness, representing the core advantages of high-quality precision cold rolled steel.

7.1 Classification by Thickness
- Ultra-Thin Coil: 0.2–0.6mm (For precision thin sheets and small casings)
- Regular Thin Coil: 0.6–1.5mm (Universal for home appliances and hardware)
- Medium Thick Coil: 1.5–3.0mm (For mechanical structures and thickened parts)
7.2 Classification by Stamping Grade

13.1 Spot Orders (Standard Stock Specifications)
Applicable grades: SPCC, SPCD, DC01, DC03 and other mainstream grades; regular sizes: thickness 0.3–2.0mm, width 1000/1250/1500mm standard precision cold rolled steel.
Delivery Time: Shipment within 4–6 working days after payment confirmation; urgent small-batch orders can be delivered within 2–3 working days.
Process: Payment confirmation → Spotcold rolled coil stock re-inspection & surface quality check → Precision packaging & reinforcement → Loading / Container stuffing → Fast delivery. Sufficient stock of precision cold rolled steel supports fast shipment for urgent customer demands.
13.2 Standard Custom Rolling Orders
Applicable for non-standard sizes within standard grade and size range, order tonnage: 20–150 tons without special high-end process requirements. We cancustom cold rolled steel coil of regular sizes with stable batch precision and unified quality. All cold rolled coil products are high-qualityprecision cold rolled steel.
Delivery Time: 10–14 working days after advance payment receipt.
Full process coverage: Mill scheduling, precision rolling, annealing treatment, leveling & straightening, surface treatment, quality inspection, packaging and loading.
13.3 Special Custom Orders (High-End / Non-Standard)
Applicable for DC05/DC06 ultra-deep drawing grade, special hardness, non-standard thickness & width, special matte/oil-free surface treatment, high-precision tolerance, large-batch orders (＞150 tons) and small-batch high-precision custom cold rolled steel coil orders.
Delivery Time: 14–22 working days after advance payment receipt, adjustable according to precision requirement, process difficulty and order tonnage. We accept high-difficulty customization orders for precision cold rolled steel and custom cold rolled steel coil.
Expedited Service: Urgent production available, shortening the cycle to 10–12 working days with a 5%–8% cost increase.
13.4 Export Sea Freight Orders (FOB China Port)
After production completion and quality inspection, customs declaration, port gathering and container loading will be finished within 3–6 working days.
Reference sea freight transit time: Southeast Asia 7–14 days, Middle East 18–25 days, Europe 25–35 days, Africa 20–40 days.
13.5 Factors Affecting Delivery Period
- Precision & Process: Ultra-precision tolerance, special surface treatment and customized annealing process for deep-drawing grades will appropriately extend the production cycle;
- Order Tonnage: Super-large batch orders require dedicated mill scheduling with slight delivery delay; small-batch precision orders support flexible insertion production;
- Force Majeure: Extreme weather, logistics control, mill maintenance and other uncontrollable factors will be adjusted with prior customer communication;
- Deep Processing: Additional flattening, slitting, polishing, film coating pretreatment and other processes will add 2–3 working days respectively.
