1. Product Description
This professional fine grinding ball mill is specially developed for standardized particle size optimization and qualified slurry preparation in gold flotation processes, focusing on solving uneven feed granularity, insufficient gold monomer liberation and unstable flotation recovery caused by unreasonable coarse grinding in traditional flotation pretreatment systems. Gold flotation is highly sensitive to feeding particle size and mineral dissociation degree; oversize ore particles reduce reagent adhesion and floating selectivity, while excessive fine mud leads to flotation depression, valuable mineral loss and fluctuating concentrate grade. This equipment takes flotation-oriented precise fine grinding and uniform feed preparation as the core advantage, specially used for fine particle refining and full gangue-gold separation before gold ore flotation. 2. Working Principle
The fine grinding ball mill for gold flotation feed preparation adopts layered fine grinding and closed-circuit particle size homogenization principle, realizing precise fineness control and qualified slurry production dedicated to flotation processing. Pre-crushed ore materials with qualified particle size are stably and quantitatively fed into the fine grinding chamber through a uniform feeding system. Different from conventional coarse grinding mills, this equipment adopts scientifically graded fine grinding media and optimized low-fluctuation operating parameters, generating delicate impact, friction and shearing force to refine ore particles progressively. It thoroughly dissociates fine gold monomers from quartz and sulfide gangue without producing excessive fine mud, realizing effective gold liberation that fully adapts to flotation reagent reaction conditions.
