1. Product Description
This professional gold ore ball mill equipped with rubber liner and variable speed drive is specially optimized for low abrasion, low noise and high-precision flexible grinding in modern gold beneficiation plants, focusing on solving severe steel liner wear, high noise pollution, fixed-speed operation limitation and poor grinding adaptability of traditional ball milling equipment. Conventional fixed-speed ball mills with metal liners suffer from rapid component abrasion, frequent liner replacement, high energy consumption and rigid grinding parameters, failing to adjust in real time according to ore hardness, particle size and processing volume changes. This equipment takes wear-resistant rubber lining protection and intelligent variable-speed flexible grinding as the core advantages, specially used for fine grinding and gold monomer dissociation of vein gold ore, quartz gold ore and mixed gold ore in diversified beneficiation scenarios. 2. Working Principle
The gold ore ball mill with rubber liner and variable speed drive adopts flexible speed-regulating grinding and buffer anti-wear operation principle, realizing adaptive high-efficiency mineral dissociation and low-loss grinding processing for gold ore materials. Pre-crushed qualified gold ore is stably and quantitatively fed into the grinding cylinder through a uniform feeding system. Driven by the high-precision variable speed drive system, the mill cylinder realizes stepless speed adjustment according to real-time ore feeding conditions and grinding requirements. Scientifically graded steel ball media generate targeted impact, friction and shearing force to crush and refine ore particles, thoroughly dissociating gold monomers from gangue minerals. The high-elastic rubber liner installed inside the cylinder effectively buffers rigid collision between grinding media, ore and cylinder wall, reducing structural abrasion and operating noise without affecting grinding efficiency. Cooperating with the matched closed-circuit classification system, unqualified coarse particles are returned to the mill for cyclic regrinding, while fully dissociated qualified ore slurry is stably discharged for subsequent beneficiation procedures. Through intelligent linkage adjustment of operating speed, feeding volume and medium proportion, the equipment matches optimal grinding parameters for different ore conditions, avoids over-grinding and under-grinding, and maintains stable grinding fineness and production efficiency. Finally, uniform and fully liberated ore slurry is continuously output, achieving adaptive, low-wear and energy-saving fine grinding pretreatment for gold ore beneficiation lines.
