6. Physical and chemical properties of the product:
This product is a green uniform powder, insoluble in water and common organic solvents, soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid, etc. It has high light fastness and weather resistance.
7. Main uses of the product: This product is mainly used for coloring interior and exterior wall coatings, water-based inks, and pigment printing pastes.
8. Product features: This product has bright colors, high coloring strength and color concentration, a yellowish hue, excellent dispersion performance (easy to grind), good fluidity, high light fastness, and very good storage stability. It is very suitable for producing high-concentration color pastes and is suitable for water-based applications.
9. Reaction principle:
This product is mainly produced by introducing dry chlorine gas into a low-melting salt mixture composed of aluminum trichloride and sodium chloride with copper phthalocyanine as the medium, and carrying out a chlorination reaction at 190℃ - 220℃ to obtain crude phthalocyanine green. The crude phthalocyanine green is then treated with o-dichlorobenzene to obtain the target product with excellent performance.
