Two-Stage Crusher
The Two-Stage Crusher, also known as a Double Rotor Hammer Crusher, is an advanced crushing machine designed to combine primary and secondary crushing into a single pass. It integrates two rotors operating in series, allowing material to be crushed twice consecutively without the need for intermediate handling. Its most distinctive feature is the absence of a grate bar (screen mesh) at the discharge opening, which makes it exceptionally effective for processing wet, sticky, or high-moisture materials without clogging.
Working Principle
The machine operates on a continuous two-step impact process:

First Stage Crushing: Raw material enters the upper crushing chamber where it is struck by the hammers of the first rotor.

Second Stage Crushing: The coarsely crushed material immediately falls into the lower chamber. Here, the second rotor (operating at a higher speed) delivers a secondary, high-intensity impact.

Discharge: Due to the lack of a screen, particles are discharged freely based on their size, typically achieving a fine output below 3mm.
