3. Is this material suitable for food contact?
Standard POM FM090 is not specifically formulated for food contact. However, food-grade variants are available upon request. Please contact our sales team for customized solutions if needed.
4. What is the recommended processing temperature for injection molding?
Typical melt temperature ranges from 190°C to 210°C, with mold temperature between 60°C and 80°C. Drying at 80–90°C for 2–4 hours is recommended before processing to avoid moisture-related defects.
5. Can I get colored versions of this POM pellet?
Yes, we can add color masterbatch during compounding to produce custom colors. Minimum order quantity may apply for custom colors.
6. What packaging options are available?
Standard packaging is 25 kg per woven bag, with inner PE liner. We also offer 500 kg jumbo bags, palletized options, or custom packaging according to your requirements.
7. How do you ensure product quality consistency?
We perform in-process and final QC tests on every batch, including MFI (melt flow index), density, tensile strength, and moisture content. A certificate of analysis (COA) is provided with each shipment.
