Product Introduction:
JF800 Bimetallic Bearing, Bimetallic Rolled Bushing, Bimetallic Sintered Sliding Bearing, and Bimetallic Seamless Bearing are rolled sliding bearings made by sintering copper-tin alloy on the surface of a steel back as the base and then calendering. The standard alloy materials include: CuPb10Sn10, CuSn6Zn6Pb3, CuPb24Sn4, CuPn30, AISn20Cu, etc. Since the substrate is made of low-carbon steel, the machining accuracy of the outer diameter of the bushing is guaranteed. Moreover, after the product is installed in the seat hole, it does not need to be fixed with screws. The interference fit can prevent the phenomenon of outer circle movement. The change of the chemical composition of the inner surface alloy can meet the requirements of different bearing pressures, different operating temperatures, and different sliding speeds. Oil grooves and oil holes with different structures are designed on the friction surface during production to meet the requirements of different oiling methods and prevent shaft seizure.
