1. Product Overview

Alloy steel pipe is manufactured by adding chromium, molybdenum, nickel, vanadium, manganese and other alloy elements into high-quality carbon steel, then formed via hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing as seamless tubing. Different from ordinary carbon steel pipes and galvanized steel pipes, alloy elements refine steel grains to achieve integrated superior properties including high strength, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, hydrogen corrosion resistance and excellent low-temperature toughness. The seamless structure eliminates leakage risks caused by welding seams, making it a special pipe for severe working conditions such as high temperature & high pressure, chemical corrosion, power energy and heavy machinery.

With hollow economical cross-section, it features lighter weight under equal bending and torsional strength, and can be fully recycled to meet green manufacturing standards. It serves as core pipeline and structural component for various high-end industrial fields.

2. Product Classification

2.1 Classification by Forming Process

Hot-Rolled Seamless Alloy Steel Pipe: Formed by piercing and rolling under high temperature, suitable for large-diameter and heavy-wall pipes with wide available specifications and stable machining performance, mainly applied in boilers and chemical high-pressure main pipelines.

Cold-Rolled / Cold-Drawn Precision Alloy Steel Pipe: Precision processed under low temperature with ultra-smooth inner & outer walls and minimal dimensional tolerance. Thin-wall high-precision type for heat exchangers, hydraulic cylinders and precision mechanical oil circuits.

2.2 Classification by Service Performance

High-Temperature Heat-Resistant Alloy Pipe: Grades 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, P22, T91, P92, stably operated under 500~800℃ long-term service for power station boilers, superheaters and reheaters.

Low-Temperature Tough Alloy Pipe: 16MnDG, 9Ni steel, maintaining high toughness at -196℃ for LNG and low-temperature liquid medium transportation pipelines.

Corrosion & Hydrogen Embrittlement Resistant Alloy Pipe: Cr-Mo series alloy resisting hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen brittleness, applied in oil refining hydrogenation and petrochemical cracking furnace tubes.

High-Strength Structural Alloy Pipe: 42CrMo, 40Cr for heavy-duty mechanical transmission shafts, mining drill rods and hydraulic cylinder barrels.

2.3 Classification by Wall Thickness

Thin-wall pipe: 0.5mm~5mm; Standard wall pipe: 5mm~50mm; Heavy & Extra-heavy wall pipe: 50mm~150mm.

9.2 Storage & Transportation

Store in dry and ventilated warehouse; keep away from acid, alkali and salt corrosion. Fix firmly during transportation; avoid strong impact and scratching.

9.3 Warranty

Guaranteed free from original quality defects under standard installation and operating conditions. Damage caused by improper operation is not covered.

9.4 Delivery Cycle

1. Conventional customized pipes (non-standard wall thickness, customized length, finished bevel): 3–7 working days. 2. High-end heat-resistant & low-temperature pipes (T91, P91, P92, 9Ni, extra-heavy wall pipes): Require professional heat treatment and NDT, delivery within 7–12 working days. 3. Large bulk project orders: Priority production and negotiable lead time, support full-truck delivery and container export with full logistics tracking.
