The Krah pipe machine works by extruding HDPE or PP melt through a specially designed die head, which is then wound onto a rotating mandrel to form a spiral corrugated structure. This profile winding technology creates pipes with excellent ring stiffness (up to SN16), making them ideal for underground water storage tanks, septic tanks, and industrial fluid containment. The equipment includes a single-screw extruder, a spiral die, a cooling spray ring, a haul-off unit, and a cutter — all integrated with a PLC control system for easy operation.
