Detailed Description
The production line consists of a high-speed extruder, spiral die head, corrugation forming unit, vacuum sizing system, cooling tank, haul-off, and cutter. The unique spiral winding technology enables continuous production of pipes with excellent ring stiffness (SN4 to SN16) and smooth inner wall, reducing friction losses in fluid transport. The line is designed for 24/7 operation with minimal downtime, thanks to robust drive components and easy-access maintenance points.
Our machine is suitable for processing virgin HDPE as well as recycled materials (with appropriate filtration), offering cost savings for large-scale projects. The optional in-line belling unit allows socket-and-spigot joints to be formed directly, further streamlining downstream installation.
