Product Overview The Pneumatic Impact Wrench M36 is a heavy-duty 1" drive air impact wrench designed for the largest industrial fasteners found on trucks, mining equipment, and heavy construction machinery. The 4000RPM no-load speed and 2600N·m maximum torque handle even rusted M36 nuts with ease.
Impact Mechanism The twin-hammer impact mechanism delivers strong consistent blows per revolution for efficient fastener breakaway. Three-position power regulation lets the operator match output to the job—low for small fasteners, high for stubborn large ones. A forward/reverse switch with full-power in both directions provides quick mode changes.
Build and Operation The aluminum housing keeps weight manageable despite the 1" drive capacity. An ergonomic D-handle (model dependent) with rubber grip reduces operator fatigue. The 1/2" NPT air inlet accepts standard shop air at 6.3 bar (90 PSI) for rated performance.
