Pearl cotton bags
Equipment: Laminating machine, edge folding machine, bag making machine.
Process: First, select high-quality pearl cotton (EPE) and use a laminating machine to hot-press and compound the PE film on the surface of the pearl cotton. Then, perform a folding treatment through an edge folding machine. Next, use an automatic bag making machine or a semi-automatic bag making machine to make pearl cotton bags.
Usage: Pearl cotton bags are widely used in: electronic product packaging, transportation, postal express delivery, precision instrument packaging, liquid crystal electronic packaging, CD packaging, etc.
The pearl cotton foaming machine is mainly used to produce EPE sheets. After melting the polyethylene resin, mix it with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agent and other agents. Extrude it through an extruder and foam it at the die head and die lip. Then, fix the sheet size through a sizing ring. Finally, the product is wound up by a take-up roller.
Features: 1. Screw: It is made of 38CrMnALA nitrided steel. Through heat treatment (quenching and tempering and nitriding) and surface treatment (chromium plating), the screw has the characteristics of high strength and high surface hardness, thereby improving the service life of the screw. The screw diameter is φ105mm, the length is 4740mm (two-stage), and the length-diameter ratio is as high as L/D = 45, which improves the plasticizing ability and quality of the screw.
2. Barrel: It is made of 38CrMnALA nitrided steel. Through heat treatment (quenching and tempering + nitriding), it can prevent long-term use wear. The barrel is connected to the feeding section and the die head device by flanges.
3. Feeding section: Both ends of the feeding section are connected to the barrel and the reduction gearbox respectively. Raw materials are fed into the extruder through this part. Users should keep the cooling water in this part circulating continuously to prevent the temperature from rising, which may cause the raw materials to become sticky, clump and block the feeding port.
4. Main motor of the extruder: The main motor is an adjustable-speed DC motor, model z4 - 2000 - 31, with a main power of 55kw. It is cooled by air (equipped with a fan). The main motor is connected to the main machine screw through the reduction gearbox.
5. Butane input and butane pump: The butane pump is a high-pressure metering pump. This pump injects liquefied butane into the barrel at a high pressure of 10 - 15Mpa (100 - 150kg/cm2). Butane and the melted LDPE are mixed at the place where they enter the barrel. A one-way valve is installed at the place where butane enters the barrel to ensure that the melted LDPE will not flow backwards when the barrel pressure is greater than the butane pressure, ensuring production safety.
6. Anti-shrinkage agent input and anti-shrinkage agent pump: The anti-shrinkage agent pump sends the heated anti-shrinkage agent into the barrel at a pressure of 10 - 15Mpa (100 - 150mm/cm2). The melted anti-shrinkage agent and LDPE are mixed at the anti-shrinkage agent feeding part. A one-way valve is installed at the feeding part to ensure that the melted LDPE will not flow backwards when the barrel pressure is higher than the anti-shrinkage agent pressure, ensuring production safety.
7. Die part: The melted raw materials are extruded from this part. The raw materials start to foam as soon as they pass through the die lip. The thickness of the EPE pearl cotton sheet depends on the die lip and the traction speed.
8. Shaping drum: The width of the EPE pearl cotton sheet is determined by this part. Therefore, cooling water and cooling air should be provided in this part.
9. Traction roller: The sheet extended from the shaping drum enters this part for traction. At this time, the traction speed should be kept uniform to ensure the quality of the sheet. The diameter of the traction roller is φ480 - 1550mm, and it is equipped with a variable-speed motor to adjust the traction speed.
10. Indexing take-up roller: This part is equipped with a meter counter that can set the sheet length. When the winding length of the roller reaches the set requirement, it can rotate 180° and the second roller starts to wind the sheet
