Rubber-lined steel pipe is a type of composite piping that utilizes steel or a rigid structural material as the framework, featuring an internal lining of wear-resistant and anti-corrosive rubber. The rubber layer cushions the impact of the conveyed medium and mitigates corrosion, thereby extending the pipe's service life. Combining the pressure-bearing capacity of steel with the wear resistance of rubber, this piping offers impact resistance and low flow resistance.

Rubber lined spool is steel or other hard material spool with inside wearing resistant, corrosion resistant or heat resistant rubber as liner to reduce the impact or corrosion from the media by its own physical and chemical properties of rubber. The benefit of energy absorption significantly increase the service life of the pipe line and this will dramatically reduce the end user's cost.

Shanghai Teflon Anti Corrosion & engineering group Pipe delivers batches of pipes and spools to Sino Iron of CITIC Pacific Mining include Primary cyclone feed pipe line (PCFD), Secondary cyclone underflow pipe line, tailing pipe line and etc. The PCFD pipe line, as the most wearing area, is lined by 25mm Linatex Premium nature rubber to give the best performance. And the tailing pipe line uses normal nature rubber with hot bonding process as liner.
Product Characteristics:
1.High Temperature Resistance--operating temperature is 250ºC
2.Low Temperature Resistance--good mechanical toughness.Even if the temperature drops to -196ºC, it can also keep the elongation at 5%.
3.Corrosion Resistance--For the majority of chemicals and solvents,it shows inertia. Resistance to strong acid,strong alkali, water and all kinds of organic solvents.
4.Weather Resistance--best aging life of plastic
5.High Lubricating Property--the lowest friction coefficient in solid materials
6.Inadhesion-- the minimum surface tension in solid materials, and does not adhere to any material
7.Nonhazardous--no biological toxicity
