Unlike traditional single-deck tables, the Gemini series often adopts an integrated double-deck or precision deck structure driven by a single transmission system, which improves capacity while reducing footprint, water, and energy consumption.
Working Principle of Gemini Shaking Table
The separation process relies on asymmetric reciprocating motion combined with transverse water flow:

The motor drives an eccentric connecting rod mechanism, generating longitudinal differential movement of the table deck.

Mineral slurry is fed evenly from the feed box, while clean flushing water is supplied along the upper side of the deck.
