Product Introduction
Zhejiang Petrochemical ZA0211 is a benchmark domestic general-purpose ABS resin, produced by advanced melt polymerization technology. The pellets feature pure white base color and excellent batch stability. With a high melt flow rate of 20–24 g/10min, it is perfectly suitable for mass injection molding of thin-wall, complex curved surface and large-sized home appliance housings. It delivers an optimal balance of rigidity and toughness with mirror-level high gloss and no orange peel defects after molding. Supporting spray-free processing, it greatly reduces labor, auxiliary material and VOC pollution costs caused by spraying processes. Featuring excellent thermal stability, uniform dimensional shrinkage and vivid color performance without greying, it is a cost-effective alternative to imported general ABS from Chi Mei and Formosa Plastics. With sufficient stable stock, it is a preferred long-term mass-production raw material for home appliances, 3C electronic products, automotive interior parts and daily toy manufacturers.

1. High Fluidity & Easy Molding, Improve Production Efficiency and Reduce Losses
With a melt flow rate of 20–24 g/10min (220℃/10kg), its melt fluidity is far superior to ordinary general-purpose ABS and ZA0210. It fills thin-wall structures, deep ribs and large-area housings smoothly without short shots, bubbles or flow marks. It effectively shortens the injection molding cycle, significantly increases the daily output of single equipment, and simplifies machine adjustment, which is friendly for new operators.
2. High Whiteness & High Gloss, Spray-Free Processing to Save Processing Costs
The raw material achieves a whiteness of 54.4% and a yellowness index of only 1.1, with pure and transparent original pellets. The molded products present high mirror gloss without haze or orange peel texture. White home appliance housings can be directly finished without spraying and baking processes, reducing environmental treatment costs and fully meeting the production standards of green factories.
3. Balanced Rigidity and Toughness, Anti-Deformation and Anti-Cracking
It has a tensile strength of 43MPa and a flexural modulus of 2400MPa, providing sufficient rigidity to avoid soft deformation. The notched Charpy impact strength at room temperature is ≥23kJ/m², effectively resisting cracking caused by dropping and collision. Parts working under long-term heating conditions are not prone to warping, ensuring stable assembly gaps of thin-wall precision parts and reducing assembly scrap rates.
4. Excellent Thermal Stability & Dimensional Accuracy, High Mass Production Yield
With a Vicat softening point of 95.8℃, it owns outstanding high-temperature resistance and maintains stable shape for heating accessories of equipment during long-term operation. The mold shrinkage rate is stably controlled at 0.4%–0.7%, realizing high dimensional consistency within and between batches. It avoids frequent mold parameter adjustment and reduces trial molding losses.
5. Excellent Color Compatibility, Uniform Coloring for Light and Dark Shades
With pure and impurity-free base material, it presents uniform and bright coloring without greying or fogging for macaron light colors, dark colors and pure white colors. It is ideal for mass color matching of colored small home appliances, toys and bathroom accessories, and reduces masterbatch consumption.
6. Original Integrated Process, Stable Batch Performance
Produced by Zhejiang Petrochemical’s self-owned integrated refining and synthesis plant, the melt process ensures uniform molecular weight distribution. The pellets have no black spots or burnt particles with low dust content. The performance difference between each batch is extremely small, completely avoiding mass defective products caused by material replacement and ensuring stable production.

Adopting a low-volatility formula, the product passes RoHS environmental tests with no harmful substance precipitation.
