Unvulcanized core rubber can be used as the intermediate cushion rubber for conveyor belts. It plays a buffering role, forming a stepped modulus of elongation stress matching for the impact force it receives, ensuring uniform stress distribution under high load conditions, preventing the formation of stress concentration points, and allowing heat to be evenly dissipated to ensure the service life of the conveyor belt.

Application scope:Bonding, repair, or application of rubber cement between tires and treads.
Vulcanization time:The optimum vulcanization time is 3 hours at 115°C (timing starts after the temperature and pressure are reached).
