The head shifting hydraulic dual station hot stamping machine is a new product improved on the basis of the original sliding machine. Some products require high pressure but cannot be shifted. Although the sliding hydraulic can meet the pressure requirements, it is inevitable that the material will move when pushing the working position left and right, causing ghosting and affecting product quality. The new hydraulic hot stamping machine adopts a professional straight guide rod that has been hardened and heat-treated, which is lightweight and convenient. It uses a fixed bottom plate and a heating plate that slides left and right to prevent material displacement during processing. It adopts a microcomputer digital display module, with a temperature accuracy of ± 2 degrees and a 90 degree vertical flat pressing heating plate. The heating is uniform and can generate a lot of pressure. The safety protection fence arranged on the heating plate is sensitive to induction, preventing safety hazards during operation. The operation is safe and simple. The 1-2P gas station drives the entire machine, which is quiet and environmentally friendly. The pressure can reach about 5 tons, increasing the ironing space and allowing for the processing of thicker products. More suitable for clothing processing.
