DF-High efficiency disk horizontal bead mill
Features
1. The reverse-feeding agitator disks create a homogenous beads distribution, which maximizes energy efficiency for your process.
2. Low specific energy requirement & narrowest particle size distribution, no beads near the discharging screen, with the smallest wearing rate, ensure long service life of the sieve.
3. Highly-efficient grinding media separation system and highest throughput rates .
4. With spiral type baffle inside the cooling jacket for better cooling efficiency.
5. High security property, with auto-stop function when pressure and temperature value is up to the set limit or coolant level of mechanical seal is lower than required.
6. Feeding device: pneumatic diaphragm pump, frequency control gear pump, screw pump and peristaltic pump optional as clients' requirements, contact material with good solvent resistant property.
7. VFD control and PLC are optional
