After the silk-screen printing and attaching metal letters processes are completed on the box, two layers of gloss paint need to be applied so that the LOGO is not easy to be rubbed off and the metal letters will not warp or fall off.

I. Sample production process
Calculate an approximate price based on the customer's drawing, sample or requirements. After both parties reach an agreement. If you are not confident about the product, you can arrange for a sample to be made. If it is the first cooperation, our company needs to charge a sample-making fee of about 200 - 300. After placing an order for the bulk goods, the full amount will be refunded, that is, our company will make the sample for free. The sample-making cycle is 5 - 7 days, depending on the complexity of the box.
II. Bulk production process of wooden boxes for Peony Stamen Tea, gift boxes for Peony Stamen Tea, and packaging boxes for Peony Stamen Tea
After the sample is confirmed, place an order for the bulk goods: First, pay 30 - 45% of the total amount (specifically, see if the total payment reaches 50,000) as the starting capital. Finally, 55 - 70% will be paid after the goods are inspected and qualified at the factory, or a picture of the finished product is sent to the customer for confirmation of the new product. If there is no problem, the balance will be paid and the goods will be shipped to the designated location. The production time is generally 15 - 20 days. If the quantity is large, such as about 5000, it can be negotiated separately.
III. Logistics The logistics fee is borne by the ordering party. It is basically paid on delivery. Unless there are special requirements, the goods are shipped by freight. Some customers are not confident about the goods and require to use Debang Logistics or Shenghui Logistics, which is also acceptable.
