Production process
First, process the purchased boards into boards of the same thickness with smooth surfaces. Then, mark and saw the boards, and use ordinary white latex for splicing. Next, fix them, and they will dry after one day.
Secondly, sand the processed wooden boards, then apply putty. Sand it after one day. If it's not smooth, apply putty again and sand it until it's smooth because this determines the smoothness and flatness of the paint. Finally, apply the primer, sand it after one day. You can use water sandpaper starting from No. 600. Then apply paint and sand with sandpaper above No. 600 until it feels smooth. Finally, apply the topcoat thinly and evenly. It will be completed after about a week.
Finally, you can paint some beautiful patterns on the wooden box. If there are special requirements, you need to make a special pattern plate. Soak the prepared pattern in water for a few seconds, take it out and directly paste it on the wooden box as required. Then use a scraper to scrape out the water inside. After leaving it for no less than 10 hours, gently peel off the plastic film on the top and apply a layer of topcoat.
