Double-disc Leveling & Polishing Robot
Redefine every inch of ground with intelligent algorithms.
The Double-disc Leveling & Polishing Robot is a construction robot designed to complete two working procedures: ground leveling and surface polishing for building floors.
Equipped with quickly detachable leveling discs and trowels, the robot supports seamless switching between the two processes. It delivers full-process construction, including mortar lifting and leveling during the initial setting stage of concrete, as well as polishing and finishing work in the final setting stage.
Higher Precision & Controllability
•Independently developed motion control system integrated with acceleration feedforward algorithm to enhance robot controllability.
•The full-servo controller system fuses data from position and attitude sensors, enabling 3D precise regulation of the robot’s rotational speed, tilt angle and traveling speed.
Smarter & More Stable
•Adopting a remote control system, operators can work outside the driving cabin.
•With a wide viewing angle, it avoids indentations and missed polishing areas caused by blind spots of conventional equipment.
Higher Environmental Adaptability
Equipped with high-brightness LED lighting and atomizing spray systems, the robot supports continuous nighttime construction and high-temperature environment operation, delivering all-weather high-adaptability working performance.
