Compatible with Various Composite Materials
This equipment supports cement-based composite materials including ordinary Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement, geopolymer and other similar cementitious composites.
1. First module
Supports parametric design and path planning for 3D models in STL, STP and other formats, as well as 2D CAD path drawings in DWG, DXF formats.
2. Second module
Filling path configuration function tailored to the characteristics and requirements of construction 3D printing, including grid filling, back-and-forth filling, spiral filling, etc. The filling overlap ratio can be freely adjusted.
3. Third module
Supports block printing of models. Block areas can be newly created or generated by importing any closed curve. Each block is equipped with an independent sub-coordinate system and display plane.
4. Fourth module
Features control function for rotatable omnidirectional printing heads.
5. Fifth module
Equipped with functions of continuous printing, breakpoint interactive printing and printing progress saving.
