Product Overview
This industrial pipeline sampling probe is a dedicated on-line sampling device for petrochemical, oil depot, chemical plant pipeline media. Made of full 316/316L stainless steel, it features a 464mm long extended probe with 45° cutting dispersion tip, matched with 3 sets of stainless steel ball valves for flow regulation. It adopts standard Class150 flange interface, stable pressure and temperature resistance, used to extract uniform liquid samples from high-pressure process pipelines for laboratory composition testing.

Corrosion Resistant SS316 & SS316L Material
All wetted parts including probe pipe, flange, ball valve body are 316 stainless steel, resistant to crude oil, gasoline, diesel, acid & alkali chemical solvents, long service life in corrosive pipeline environment.
45° Dispersion Sampling Tip & Extended Length
464mm total probe extension length, 45° cut dispersion end, evenly collect fluid from different pipeline layers to avoid single-point biased samples, guarantee test data authenticity.
Complete Ball Valve Control Assembly
Equipped with 3 pcs 3/4" SCH80 stainless steel threaded ball valves (thread #800), flexible switch to control sampling flow, effectively prevent medium leakage during sampling operation.
Standard ASME High Pressure Flange Connection
2 inch ASME B16.5 #150S flange process connection, design pressure limit up to 19.6 Bar, stable sealing under pipeline operating pressure, no leakage risk.
Wide Temperature Working Range
Two design temperature grades: 45°C and 65°C, applicable to most conventional hot oil and chemical medium pipelines, stable performance without deformation.
Complete Integrated Package
Full set of sampling probe + ball valve assembly, equipped with portable shockproof aluminum case for easy on-site transportation and storage, convenient for regular pipeline inspection sampling.
