If you're bidding a lab fit-out, the last thing you need is a supplier who can only sell you what's on the shelf.
Most lab furniture vendors work from a fixed catalog. You ask for a 2200mm bench with a sink cutout on the left and a reagent rack on the right — they tell you the standard is 2000mm, sink in the middle, no customization. Or they quote a 40% premium for "special" requests and add six weeks.
That doesn't work for lab contractors. Every project has a different floor plan, different utilities, different compliance docs. You need a manufacturer who builds to your drawing — not one who makes you redraw the lab to fit their catalog.

What "Custom Manufacturer" Means Here
We're not a distributor reselling someone else's catalog. We're Luoyang Hengna Office Furniture Co., Ltd. — our own brand, directly partnered with production facilities. When you send us a drawing, it goes to the workshop, not to a procurement desk.
That changes three things for you:
1. Dimensions are flexible, not "standard only." Standard widths run 1000mm to 4500mm, 750mm deep, 800mm high. But if your project needs a 2350mm bench, an L-shaped corner unit, or a run that wraps two walls — we build it. No penalty surcharge for being off-catalog. The tooling is set up for variation.
2. Configuration is yours to specify. Sink position, reagent rack height, drawer count, cabinet layout, power modules, gas valves — all configurable. You mark it on the floor plan, we build to mark. For a contractor, this means one supplier covers the whole lab instead of patching together three.
3. Finish matches the spec. Cabinet color, worktop material, handle style, lock type — specified by you, built by us. Renovation projects that need to match existing furniture? Send a sample or a photo, we match it.
Steel-Wood Construction: Why This Build
Steel-wood is our core product, and it sits in a specific spot in the market.
All-steel benches are over-built for most labs and priced accordingly — one all-steel unit costs what two or three steel-wood units cost.
All-wood benches are cheap but fail in humid or chemical-exposed environments within a couple of years.
Steel-wood uses a cold-rolled steel frame for load-bearing and a solid phenolic resin worktop for chemical resistance. Cost lands between the two. Lifespan stretches past a decade in normal lab use.
The frame is 1.2mm cold-rolled steel, welded, then phosphate-treated and electrostatic powder coated. The worktop is 19mm solid phenolic resin — non-absorbent, chemical resistant, easy to clean. This is the build most lab contractors specify for education, healthcare, and QC projects because it hits the price-performance point their clients care about.

Can you build to my drawing? Yes. Send a floor plan with dimensions and required features — sink locations, rack specs, power, gas, lock type. We return a confirming drawing and a quote.
OEM logo and packaging? Both standard. Silk-screen logo, custom cartons, custom manuals — all included in the OEM service. Send your artwork and specs.
CE documents for tender? Provided. Certification, material certs, and test data ship with the order and can be issued pre-award on request.
