The combination of large and small wheels represents a structural highlight of this model.
The large-diameter drive wheel is located on one side of the machine body, providing ample power reserve; the small-diameter tension wheel is positioned on the opposite side, working with the tensioning mechanism to maintain proper tension in the saw blade.
This design ensures smooth saw blade operation, minimizing vibration and deviation when cutting large workpieces.
The five-speed mechanical transmission is switched via a lever and can be adjusted without stopping the machine (some gears require shutdown).
It offers a wide speed range, from 15 m/min at low speeds to 63 m/min at high speeds, making it suitable for various materials including high-hardness steels and aluminum alloys.
The 4 kW six-pole motor exhibits excellent torque characteristics, providing sufficient cutting force even at low speeds.
The hydraulic system uses a gear pump for oil supply, providing stable and reliable pressure.
The clamping cylinder and feed cylinder share the same hydraulic station, resulting in a simplified structure with fewer maintenance points.
The cooling system operates independently, with a moderately sized cutting fluid tank equipped with a filter screen to remove cuttings.
