Product Introduction
This large capacity mining ball mill machine is a heavy-duty large-scale continuous grinding equipment tailored for large and medium-sized mines. It adopts a large-diameter and long-cylinder enhanced structure, with single-machine hourly processing capacity reaching 50 tons to 300 tons, and supports 24-hour uninterrupted high-load operation. It can efficiently complete high-yield grinding operations for various ores such as non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metals, and the ground qualified pulp can be seamlessly connected to subsequent beneficiation processes. It is the core grinding equipment to support the high-yield and stable production of large mines.
Working Principle
The super-large heavy cylinder is driven by a high-power low-consumption transmission system to rotate at a precisely controlled constant speed, driving a large number of graded high-chromium wear-resistant steel balls to rise to the optimal height along the thickened corrugated liner and then fall in a parabolic trajectory. A large amount of raw ore is continuously and stably fed into the cylinder, and is fully crushed and ground by the strong impact force of the steel balls and the continuous grinding effect between the media and ore particles. The ground pulp that meets the beneficiation fineness requirements is stably discharged through the large-flow discharge port, and then forms a closed-circuit operation with the classifier, realizing the high-capacity continuous grinding process.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple targeted advantages for large mines. The super-large processing capacity can meet the high-yield production demand of large concentrators, and a single system can support a daily processing scale of more than 10,000 tons. The heavy-duty enhanced structure can adapt to long-term 24-hour high-load operation, with extremely low failure rate and long service life. The optimized energy-saving design effectively reduces the power consumption per ton of ore, significantly cutting the long-term operation cost of the mine. It can be seamlessly matched with various subsequent beneficiation processes, with strong versatility and wide application range.
