Product Definition:
Inconel 718 (domestic grade GH4169, international standard UNS N07718) is a precipitation-hardening nickel-chromium-iron alloy containing significant amounts of niobium and molybdenum, with a nickel content typically ranging from 50% to 55%. Through aging treatment, this high-performance material exhibits exceptionally high yield strength, tensile strength, and excellent creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 704°C (1300°F). Combined with outstanding corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and superior fabricability and weldability, it is a flagship advanced material indispensable for extreme industrial applications that ordinary stainless steels cannot match.
