This series of commercial passenger elevators is applicable to high-foot-traffic commercial scenarios including office buildings, star hotels, shopping complexes, industrial parks, business apartments, hospitals and renovation of old buildings. Two structural types are available: machine-room and machine-room-less. Customized solutions can be designed according to the hoistway size, floor height and civil engineering conditions of the building, with load capacities ranging from 630kg to 1600kg and speeds from 1.0m/s to 2.0m/s, meeting the vertical transportation demands of low-rise to mid-rise buildings.
Each elevator is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine and a 32-bit intelligent variable frequency control system, delivering smooth start and stop with low operating noise. It saves over 30% energy compared with conventional elevators and generates little heat during long-hour peak operation, perfectly suited for all-day continuous service in shopping malls and office buildings.
The elevator is fully equipped with national standard safety components: infrared light curtain door protection, automatic overload alarm, emergency leveling upon power failure, anti-fall safety gear, emergency intercom, car emergency lighting and automatic fault detection system. Multi-layer safety protection eliminates operational risks. All spare parts come with complete quality inspection certificates to support local special equipment inspection and acceptance nationwide.
The car and landing doors are standardly made of wear-resistant stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Upgraded finishes such as mirror stainless steel, black titanium and bronze etching are optional. Car walls can be fitted with wood veneer or stone slabs, and optional accessories include ambient light strips, anti-slip marble floors and integrated handrails. Multiple styles including simple business and light luxury are available to match various commercial interior designs.
The system supports group control dispatching, card access call and IoT remote monitoring. Linked operation of multiple elevators greatly reduces waiting time and improves building traffic efficiency.
