Sugarcane bagasse charcoal hydraulic press machines, firewood sawdust charcoal briquetting machine and timber charcoal briquette machines have the electrical system of power mechanism and adopts button centralized control, which can realize three working modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. The working pressure, pressing speed and slider stroke of the machine can be adjusted according to the process needs, and can complete three process modes: ejection process, without ejection process and stretching process. Each process can be selected from two process actions: constant pressure and constant range. The constant pressure forming process has pressure holding, time delay and automatic return after pressing.

This series of sugarcane bagasse charcoal hydraulic press machines, firewood sawdust charcoal briquetting machine and timber charcoal briquette machines are multi-functional hydraulic press. It is suitable for stretching, bending, flanging, cold extrusion, blanking and other processes of plastic materials. It is also suitable for correction, press fitting powder products, abrasive products and plastic products and insulating materials.
Our team could customize reasonable and efficient production line according to customers' site, raw materials, output and other requirements. Firstly, sugarcane bagasse, timber and other biomass are carbonized into carbon by carbonization furnace and enter hoister and storage tank. According to customer's raw material, you can choose continuous carbonization furnace, horizontal charcoal making stove and hoisting carbonization furnace. Secondly, carbon can be crushed into carbon powder by dust-free grinder. Thirdly, carbon powder are stirred by double shaft mixer and mixer. In the end, carbon powder can be be shaped by charcoal hydraulic press machines and enter the dryer by drying.
